About Us

The Musculoskeletal Health, Sport, and Exercise Lab is committed to reducing the burden of painful musculoskeletal (muscle, joints, bone) conditions – the biggest source of disability in the world.

This includes research and other activities to develop, evaluate and implement new and effective exercise-based therapies to prevent, rehabilitate, and manage these injuries and conditions.

Our work is done in partnership with patients/athletes and health professionals to ensure that is it acceptable, relevant, and empowering.
